• MultiFamily (5+ units), Retail, Office, Warehouse/Storage, Light Industrial, Convenience Stores, Mobile Home Parks, Hotel/Motel
• Special Purpose Properties (considered on case by case basis): Restaurants, Automotive, Laundromats, Day Care, Car Wash, others may be considered.

            -$100,000 to $50,000,000      

Max Loan to Value (LTV)
           
            -Up to 80% LTV

            -Up to 90% LTV (available on select property types with 680 + credit scores
            ( additional requirements may apply)

Rate Products

            -6 month adjustable, 1 year Fixed, 3 year Fixed, 5 year Fixed, 7 year Fixed,    
            10 year Fixed, 25 year Fixed and 30 year Fixed.

-Rates indexed over Wall Street Journal Prime, 6 month Libor, or  corresponding U S Treasury Yield
